This pristine landscape, enriched by a crystal-clear, flowing creek, is flourishing into a beacon of rejuvenation, learning, and sovereignty for our people.

A New Beginning: Welcoming You in 2025
The Oaxxanda Cooperative is delighted to share the upcoming grand opening of our camping and retreat center in Berry Creek, CA. Acquired in May 2023, this land bore the scars of the 2020 North Complex Fire, but through dedication and collective effort, we have been restoring its vitality.
With immense pride and essential help from Restorative Economies Fund and Repaired Nations, we have already:
Built two cozy cabins
Begun extensive dead tree removal & land restoration
We are working diligently to prepare for our grand opening in May 2025, where we will officially welcome our community into this sacred space of renewal, learning, and togetherness.
